Room with a view….

If you are all about - Scotland, a room with a view, delicious food and are not aversed to plywood then you should get yourself up to Loch Fyne and treat yourself to a wee overnighter at the ‘Shepherds huts’ @ Inver, which are due to be completed very soon! The ‘Shepherds Huts’ are our latest ‘norm’ project, commissioned by Rob & Pam of Inver restaurant; a welcome addition to their existing & hugely popular, ‘Bothy’ accommodation. The ‘Shepherd Huts’ have an enviable loch side location. The design of the huts has been inspired by a traditional Shepherd’s hut; the exterior of the huts are clad in Scotslarch and sections of corrugated tin and the roof is curved galvanised corrugated tin. The door and window frames are solid hardwood, soon to be painted. Like the Bothy’s, the interior of the ‘Shepherds huts’ are clad throughout in Birch plywood; each has a built in bed frame with dual aspect window (with stunning unadultered views across the Loch), a shower room, wood burning stove & a small deck area to sit out on and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Doesn’t really get much better than that if you ask me.
