We can competently read and interpret Architectural and Structural engineers drawings, so you can be rest assured that the end result will be built exactly as designed & specified. Typical services TimberKraft would provide are as follows: All Building works Bespoke custom made Joinery Project Management Designated Client Relations Manager Space Planning Interior Design & Specification Prior to commencing each project, Gary would arrange a site meeting with the client to talk through the project, thereafter, TimberKraft’s estimators would prepare a detailed proposal; outlining the scope of the works and all associated costs. Following appointment, we would prepare & issue all the necessary contract documentation; Building Contract, Programme of works & Payment Schedule; for client approval. At the outset of each project, the client would be introduced to their designated Client Relations Manager. The CRM’s role would be to help, assist & inform the client on all project related matters ie decisions, progress, budget, problems & challenges that may arise. In addition to the above, Jackie would take time to understand what the client is looking to achieve and if required, assist in the early stages of the project to refine the design; this could be adjustments to the internal layout of the space or simply helping with the final specification of fixtures/fittings & materials. The workshop is run by John, the grandaddy of Finishing Joiners. Having a fully equipped joinery workshop and team of highly skilled joiners not only means we have the in-house resources to design & manufacture customised joinery items for all our projects but it also means reduced costs for our clients as we don’t need to sub-contract work of this nature.
